Built by: Two dads in Berlin, both working on other things by day. No team, no funding round, no growth deck.
What it really is: A personal experiment in how far agentic software development can be pushed with minimal human effort. The bureaucracy problem was real; PaperStork is also the answer to “could a busy founder ship a useful, polished app almost entirely with AI?”
Started: 2026, Berlin — out of doing the Standesamt, Elterngeldstelle and KiTa-Gutschein paperwork while running a startup, and watching expat friends struggle through the same in a foreign language.
